- Must be a highly motivated individual to call on existing and potential customers
- Develop and maintain working relationships with customers
- Conduct outside sales visits to customers
- Promote NASCO Distributor Sales’ products and services

- Able to work with minimal supervision

- Must be experienced in the electronics industry

INSIDE SALES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be a highly motivated individual to call on existing and potential customers

- Develop and maintain working relationships with customers

AEROSPACE BUYERS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experienced 2 years direct purchasing experience in a high technology aerospace environment required
- CPM certification and Government contracting/subcontracting experience a plus
- Must have the ability to recognize what supplier capabilities are required to meet drawing specifications in order to appropriately assign RFQs and award POs to appropriate suppliers
- Familiarity with FAR and DFAR regulations along with CPSR requirements
- Experience leading Continuous
- Improvement activities is a plus
- Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

ESSENTIAL TEST TECHNICIAN
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must possess a high attention to detail.
- Experience using test equipment including oscilloscopes, curve tracers, LSR/ESR bench testers and other equipment used in the testing of integrated circuit and other electronic components.
- Performs the actual testing and documentation of results
- Manages multiple assignments as required.
Beneficial Skills and Experiences:
- Associate degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in the engineering field.
- Ability to read and understand datasheets.
- Experience in using test hardware and equipment.
- Experience in the development and set up of testing procedures preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate.

ENGINEERING
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must possess a high attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, curve tracers, LSR/ESR bench testers and other equipment used in the testing of integrated circuit and other electronic components.
- Performs equipment and software maintenance of systems, fixtures, and application software.
- Directly communicates with customers to provide technical expertise, as well as providing internal support.
- Acts as the test technical expert for the Company for both internal and external customers.
- Implements and documents testing requirements and results.
- Manages multiple assignments as required.
Beneficial Skills and Experiences:
- BS degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in the engineering field.
- At least 2 years experience in test hardware and software design, implementation, and support maintenance.
- Experience with the National Instruments NI Elvis II+ and the NI Multisism Full Development System and JTAG testing preferred.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, both alone and in teams.
- Computer and network literate.
