LSI signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with Nasco Aerospace and Electronics.

THIS STRATEGIC HUBZONE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (hereinafter this “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as this 1stth day of July 2021, (hereinafter the “Effective Date”), by and between Logistic Services International, Inc. (hereinafter “LSI” or “Manufacturer”), a Florida corporation having its headquarters located at 6111 Technology Court, Jacksonville, FL 32221-8104 USA, and NASCO Aerospace and Electronics, LLC (hereinafter “NASCO” or “Distributor”), a Florida Limited Liability Corporation, having offices located at 3232 44th Avenue N, St. Petersburg, FL 33714, are sometimes referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
