This standard is used to identify reliable sources to procure parts, assess and mitigate risk of distributing fraudulent/counterfeit parts, control suspect or confirmed fraudulent/counterfeit parts, and report suspect and confirmed fraudulent/counterfeit parts to other potential users and authorities.

AS6081 Certified
AS6081 establishes requirements and practices to mitigate the risk of buying, receiving, and selling fraudulent/counterfeit parts. It standardizes requirements, practices, and methods related to supplier management, procurement, and inspection, test/evaluation, as well as response strategies when suspect or confirmed fraudlent/counterfeit electronic parts are discovered.
QTSL Program (Qualified Testing Suppliers List)
The purpose of the Qualified Testing Suppliers List Program (QTSL) is to establish and maintain a list of pre-qualified sources for certain electronic components that are purchased and managed by the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime. QTSL products are provided by suppliers that combine accepted counterfeit mitigation practices and quality assurance procedures that are consistent with industry and international quality standards. This program is applicable to selected Federal Stock Class (FSCs) 5961 and 5962 items where a streamlined acquisition process is desired to improve the quality and services provided to our customer; the United States soldier, sailor, airman and marine.
Qualified Suppliers List of Distributors (QSLD)
This establishes a list of pre-qualified distributors for Federal Stock Classes (FSC) 5961 (Semiconductors) and 5962 (Microcircuits) products that are purchased and managed by DLA Land and Maritime. All distributors listed have demonstrated compliance to the Criteria and Provisions for Qualified Suppliers List of Distributors (QSLD) booklet. The term of qualification is 3 years and distributors must reapply at that time to remain in the program.
